We, at PSG Global Solutions, Inc (“PSG”, We, Our, Us), a Teleperformance subsidiary, we are committed to respecting your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission (“NPC”). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, retain, and protect your personal data when you apply for employment with PSG.

Depending on the specific activity, we process your personal data on one or more lawful bases for processing under the Data Privacy Act (e.g., to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, where necessary in the context of an employer–applicant relationship, for compliance with applicable legal obligations, for our legitimate interests, and, where required, your consent, particularly for sensitive personal information).

Our Privacy Notice provides information about how PSG processes your personal information across our global operations. We update this document regularly. Please read it carefully.

PSG is a Philippine company engaged in the business of Recruitment Process Outsourcing. We will process your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements for employment applications.   • 3. Our Binding Corporate Rules & safeguarding your personal data

    As a member of the Teleperformance Group (“TP”), PSG Global Solutions, Inc. operates under Teleperformance’s global privacy framework. TP is proud to be one of the few companies to have secured formal approval from the EU Data Protection Authorities for its Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs) under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These BCRs form the foundation of TP Group's comprehensive global privacy framework, enabling us to transfer personal information throughout TP’s family of companies while maintaining robust safeguards and security protections.

    As a global organization, TP leverages its worldwide resources to operate efficiently and effectively. This often requires that your personal information be transferred to other countries, territories, or organizations within TP Group. Our BCRs set a consistent, high standard for the international transfer of personal information, ensuring that your information remains protected wherever it is processed.

    In circumstances where the use of BCRs is not possible, TP implements alternative legal transfer agreements to ensure that your personal information continues to be safeguarded in accordance with applicable laws in countries within the TP group to which we transfer personal information please see the Data privacy information | TP

    To further reinforce our commitment to data privacy, TP has appointed a number of Data Protection Officers (DPO or DPOs) where required by law, supported by a dedicated Privacy Department, to oversee and manage our privacy framework.     4. Purposes for processing your personal information

    We process your personal information to assess your suitability for employment, which includes evaluating your application and considering you for current or future openings within PSG or other TP entities, including independent contractor opportunities.

    Your personal information is also processed as necessary to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

    PSG may process sensitive personal information, for pre-employment and opportunity screening purposes such as verifying identity and preventing fraud; conducting background screening and verification steps required for the role or the client (including, where lawful and applicable, checks involving criminal record clearances or adverse-record information); evaluating suitability for regulated, fiduciary, safety-sensitive, or security-restricted positions; performing reference checks where sensitive details are necessarily disclosed and directly relevant to the engagement; assessing fitness-to-work, occupational health and safety requirements, and reasonable accommodations (including medical assessments or related documentation only when required by law or justified by the nature of the work); and investigating recruitment-related incidents, complaints, threats, or misconduct that require processing sensitive information to establish facts and protect parties.

    PSG may further process sensitive personal information to satisfy client onboarding and deployment requirements (including security clearances and the creation of access credentials for client premises/systems), to complete statutory registrations and compliance steps where sensitive identifiers or related information are legally required, to administer employment-related health and safety obligations and incident management, to implement workplace accommodations, and to maintain and use limited sensitive records for defensible decision-making, audit/compliance, and the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, subject to defined retention periods and enhanced safeguards.

    5. The personal data we gather from you

    PSG may gather some or all of the following from you, as permitted by applicable law:

    • Personal Identifiers such as full name, employee identification number, driver’s license number, address, phone number, email address, tax/government identification number, and date of birth.
    • Protected Class Information/Sensitive Personal Information which are details about your nationality, date of birth, gender, educational attainment, occupation, family background, government issued data, background screening results, health-related information, and immigration or work authorization status.
    • Internet Data such as IP address and device ID numbers.
    • Professional Employment History such as date of employment, title and job history, employment status, compensation information, tax form information, immigration form information, worker’s compensation information.
    • Education History such as transcripts, letters of recommendation, enrollment verification, certificates, and diplomas and degrees.
    • Assessment Information, such as results of job-related behavioral, cognitive, skills-based, or situational assessments conducted as part of the recruitment process, including assessments supported by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other automated or digital tools, where applicable.
    • Background and Verification Information, where applicable, such as reference checks, employment or education verification results, criminal record information, or other background screening information, collected in accordance with applicable law and, where required, with your consent

    6. How we process your personal data

    PSG processes your personal information by:

    • Collecting your contact information such as your phone number or email address, so we can communicate with you during the recruitment process;
    • Reviewing and evaluating your application, including your resume, qualifications, experience, and other personal information you provided us to determine your suitability for the role;
    • Using your personal information to conduct assessments, interviews, and related recruitment activities during the hiring process;
    • If you opt for our Talent Pool, keeping and matching your application details for future opportunities; and
    • Checking and validating any information you make available to us.

    7. Remote use of cameras during the recruitment process

    PSG may use cameras to record and transmit interviews, either live or remotely, as part of the recruitment process. You may choose whether to activate your camera during interviews. By turning on your camera, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to use your camera or do not wish to be recorded, you will not be penalized.

    8. Sharing your personal data

    We may share your personal data, to the extent legitimately necessary considering the nature of the personal data, with other TP subsidiaries, PSG affiliates and external organizations, such as companies providing services necessary to ensure the proper administration of your potential employment at PSG or with government agencies or bodies (e.g., social security or retirement agencies), as required or permitted by local law. Also, we may share your personal data with other entities within TP’s global corporate group to share with you any opportunities available that may match your skillset, including independent contractor roles.

    9. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

    As part of our recruitment process, PSG Global Solutions may collect and process your personal data using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) tools. These technologies are used to support and enhance your candidate experience while ensuring efficiency and fairness in the recruitment process.

    • Depending on the stage of your application, your personal data may be processed to:
      • Conduct initial validation interviews (optional)
      • Administer certain AI-enabled or ML-based assessments (some of which may be mandatory)
      • Provide updates on the status of your application
      • Send reminders or follow-up requests for required documents or next steps
      • Communicate with you through calls or messages during the recruitment process
      • Monitor and evaluate the quality of recorded calls between recruiters and candidates to ensure compliance with recruitment standards and quality assurance requirements
    • Human Oversight While AI and ML tools may process your personal data for the purposes above, all recruitment and assessment outcomes are either made by, or reviewed and confirmed by, a human recruiter. Final hiring decisions are never solely determined by technology. Where AI-assisted outputs may significantly affect you, we provide mechanisms for meaningful human intervention and allow you to raise questions and contest the output through the DPO/contact channels below.
    • Your Choice You may choose to opt out of AI-driven interviews and instead interact directly with a human recruiter. However, other assessments required during the recruitment process may be mandatory, including those supported by AI or ML.
    • Compliance and Responsible Use All processing of your personal data through AI and ML is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and PSG’s commitment to responsible and ethical AI. Where possible, data used for training or improving AI and ML models will be de-identified or anonymized. We shall not use your identifiable personal data to train general-purpose AI models, unless we provide additional notice and obtain your specific consent whenever required.

    10. Retention of your personal information

    We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out above. Unless otherwise provided by law, we generally retain your personal data, as follows:

    Successful applications resulting in hiring or engagement

    Your personal data shall retained as part of our employee records, subject to our retention policy of 5 years after termination or resignation.

    Unsuccessful Applications

    Up to 1 years after closure of the recruitment period of the specific role applied for, unless you have opted to be part of the Talent Pool.

    Talent Pool

    Up to 3 years after consenting to be part of the talent pool, unless consent has been withdrawn earlier.

    11. Your privacy rights

    You have the following rights when it comes to your personal data:

    • Be informed about any processing of your personal data.
    • Access – you can request access to your personal information, free of charge.
    • Rectification – you can ask PSG to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
    • Deletion– you can ask PSG to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions, when one of the following reasons applies:
      • Your personal information is no longer necessary for the purpose it was initially collected
      • You withdraw consent to process your personal information when consent is the legal basis for processing.
      • You are opposed to automated decisions involving your personal information.
      • You are opposed to automated processing for direct marketing purposes; or
      • Your personal information has been processed unlawfully.
    • Limitation– you can ask PSG to limit processing your personal information if one of the following situations applies:
      • You contest the accuracy of your personal information.
      • Processing is unlawful and you wish to limit our use of your personal information rather than erase that information; and
      • You do not want automated processing to apply to your personal information.
    • Portability– In specific circumstances, you can ask PSG to send your personal information to you or another organization in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
    • Withdraw Consent – At any time, you may withdraw your consent to processing when you previously gave your consent. Withdrawing your consent will not affect processing that was not based on your consent.
    • Objection– You may object to PSG processing your personal information for direct marketing.
